Wide Eyed Productions with PlaylabNYC is casting Goldilocks and the Three Polar Bears (by Jerrod Bogard; music by Sky Seals), a 50-minute musical play for kids and families from the creators of Jack and the Soy Beanstalk.
Goldilocks and the Three Polar Bears will be performing at the New York International Fringe Festival August 12 – 28, 2011. Rehearsals begin in July. AEA showcase pending.

BREAKDOWN:
Goldilocks – (puppeteer/singer/actor) The role of this bratty little beauty is performed in the style of Avenue Q, the character being a Muppet-style puppet. Puppetry experience strongly suggested but not required.
Poppa Bear – (singer/actor) Male. Large presence.
Baby Bear – (actor/singer) Female, quirky character/unique sense of humor.

Auditions will be held in mid/late June by appointment only.

And so it begins! From the same team that brought you the acclaimed Jack & The Soy Beanstalk, our eco-fueled Goldilocks & The Three Polar Bears has been accepted to this year's NY International Fringe Festival!
