Wide Eyed Productions is seeking male and female actors, all ethnicities, ages 18-35 for their upcoming production of Euripides’ The Trojan Women, translation by Gilbert Murray, directed by Founding Artistic Director Kristin Skye Hoffmann.
Seeking: ALL ROLES- Brave actors with experience in Greek theater a plus. We are also seeking actors who sing.
The show will be performed at The Kraine Theater in New York’s East Village. Performances will be held 7/7/11-7/24/11 Thursdays-Saturdays at 7:00pm and Sundays at 2pm. (time slots may vary) The actors cast must be available for all performances. Table reads/rehearsals will begin in March.
Auditions will be held Saturday, March. 19th from 1-5pm. Auditions are by appointment only. Please email headshot, resume and cover letter to receive an audition slot.
All submissions must be received by Monday March, 14th.
We will be applying for an AEA showcase code.
